MANILA, Philippines — Deanna Wong’s excellent playmaking allowed the Choco Mucho Flying Titans to snap their two-game losing skid with a 27-25, 22-25, 25-16, 25-19 victory over the ZUS Coffee Thunderbelles in the 2026 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference on Thursday night at the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan City.
The fan-favorite setter copped her first ever player of the game plum after orchestrating 14 excellent sets and added five points on offense.
She not only activated go-to gunner Sisi Rondina, who led the team in scoring with 18 points, but also four other Flying Titans who scored in double figures.
Kat Tolentino and Lorraine chipped in 12 and 11 points, respectively, while Dindin Manabat and Des Cheng added 10 points apiece for Choco Mucho.
ZUS was led by Chai Tronco who netted 13 points.
The Flying Titans improved to a 4-5 win-loss card, while the Thunderbelles dropped to a 2-7 win-loss record.
Both teams are relegated to the play-in round.
